Request to Temporarily Suspend Service Form

Thank you for being a valued customer. Guardian Security Systems offers temporary suspension for various reasons to help our customers when needed. Please speak to a Guardian representative if you have any questions about suspending the account. Please have your account number and billing information available before proceeding.

Proceeding with the temporary suspension, you (the owner or authorized representative of the owner) acknowledge:

- That the system will not be in service nor will it be monitored

- It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate in writing any changes to suspension to dataentry@guardiansecurity.com .

- If you would like to reactivate the system before the reactivation date noted on the suspension form, please submit the request in writing in the same method listed above.
- The suspension is not included in the initial term of contract and will push out the date the contract expires.

- Cancellation process is separate does require 30-days written notice per contract.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process the request.
