Proceeding with the temporary suspension, you (the owner or authorized representative of the owner) acknowledge:
- That the system will not be in service nor will it be monitored
- It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate in writing any changes to suspension to dataentry@guardiansecurity.com .
- If you would like to reactivate the system before the reactivation date noted on the suspension form, please submit the request in writing in the same method listed above.
- The suspension is not included in the initial term of contract and will push out the date the contract expires.
- Cancellation process is separate does require 30-days written notice per contract.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process the request.
